Agnieszka Radwanska
Agnieszka Radwanska has never successfully defended a title.
Seoul, Korea (SportsNetwork.com) - Defending champion Agnieszka Radwanska of Poland was among the first-round winners Tuesday at the Korea Open.

The top-seeded Radwanska has never successfully defended a title and began this year's attempt with a 6-3, 6-3 victory over Slovenia's Polona Hercog. She beat Russia's Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova in the final last year.

Next up for Radwanska, who is playing for the first time since a stunning second-round loss to Peng Shuai at the U.S. Open, will be South Africa's Chanelle Scheepers, who advanced with a first-round win on Monday.  Full Story
